The Space: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit. This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- We own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free! Extra parking is $20/car per day; includes "come & go" privileges. \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. \- Complimentary coffee. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We had to ask for help from the front desk because we weren’t sure if laundry was around in the facility. We found out it was, which is good. The view was nice and it was nice to be on the boardwalk. The tub was huge! The Showboat has a nice fitness facility to use. If I had known that the room was inside a transformed casino that had seen better days I may not have booked it. Check in was too convoluted. The room was disappointing: upon entering we were greeted with a stained stool that I suppose could have served as a luggage rack. Lighting, especially in the bathroom, was insufficient for grooming/make-up. There were smudges on the wall in the living area, we sunk in the bed, the coffee table and bedside tables needed sprucing up as the finish was wearing off, one of the lamps seemingly had to be propped between the wall and the TV stand to stand up, there was some icky, gooey substance on the wall behind the bathroom door, sheets were stuffed in the closet and drawers of the TV stand—didn’t know if they were clean or just bad housekeeping and the shower curtain failed because the shower curtain hooks were insufficient for the job .No coffee for the coffee maker ( is that asking too much?).Great location though. ##### Danita T.
