The location is fantastic - close to park, grocery, stores, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The street is quiet and the younger kids could safely ride their bikes. The backyard is very generously sized. The beach is wide at 44th st, which we knew going-in, so we’d likely rent a beach wagon next time to haul all of our stuff. It felt like a miracle to stay at this luxury home with our dog this year! It is right at the beach with a gorgeous walk through the dune. The whole house, especially the kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line objects for use, the bedrooms are private and gorgeous, and there is a full washer/dryer for use. I was particularly impressed with all the details of accommodation, especially people with young children. Having a backyard (and front) was just beyond. My favorite feature was the upstairs deck. Jul 31, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Family Vacation We had an amazing time during our stay at Tom and Jessica's in Brigantine. Check in was smooth. Communication was perfect. Location was incredible, right at the beach. Small yard and grill came in very handy. Jessica answered my questions promptly and was a great host.
