Beautiful, Beach Block, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, 3 floors ,one car garage townhouse. The first floor has a full bathroom, two bedrooms, access to the back yard for grilling, and access to the garage. The second floor has open concept living with spacious living room with sleeper sofa, sitting area, kitchen, half bath and access to the front and back decks. Upstairs has a large primary suite with a private balcony and ensuite. High speed internet, smart TV in all bedrooms. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrella included with your stay. New FLOORING in kitchen and dining area.  
Kitchen upgraded with new Keurig and airfryer.  
  
Location : Our bright and airy three story town home is located on the desirable south end of the island in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Less than 5 mins drive to grocery store, bank, pharmacy, WaWa and gas station. The property is beach block, walk to the beach is 5 mins, requires no streets to cross. It does requires a walk through the dunes and over the soft sand.... Please view the map to see exactly how close our home is to the beach. The 4\*4 entrance for Cove or Jetty is one black from the property.  
  
 Lots to see, lots of memories to be made. Beach all Day, AC all Night.
