We were right on the Boardwalk so getting the family and l our toddler back and forth to the beach was so convenient. We loved the fact that there was an outdoor shower and that there were plenty of outdoor spaces with views. For 5 adults and a toddler, we had enough room to be comfortable over the two-story apartment. We were close to breakfast spots, a park, reataurants and little shops.We had two hiccups during the stay. The host was quick to get back to us with a remedy, and in the end we did get a resolve and were back to enjoying the stay!The only con we experienced was not having a queen bed in the main bedroom. Another small, but manageable inconvenience is that the only keypad entrance was the front door. We wished there was another kepayd entrance closer to the outdoor shower.Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay again! The owner was easy to get a hold of and fixed any issues quickly with his maintenance guy on site. The place wasn’t completely ready to visit there were still some odds and ends to get done while we stayed there but it still livable as you don’t spend every moment in the house while at the beach. I would make sure you specify what unit you are staying in when you book (there is a lower and upper unit) I would thought we were staying in the upper unit for what we were paying for, but it is still a newly renovated nice apartment. He was always quick to respond and worked out a plan to help us! The house was very nice and everything we needed for our week stay at the beach. Kitchen had a few pots and pans, an area that could be improved for sure. Bathrooms were decent. Towels and wash clothes were minimal, dated and could use to be updated. The house like others have commented could use some updating, which it seems to me the owner is in the works of doing. It all takes time! It has all new windows and siding which looks beautiful! It was a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Jason had some beach chairs, boogie boards and toys available which helped with our packing.
