The home had everything you needed including creamer for your coffee and milk for your morning cereal which was nice not having to grocery shop the first night. Even the outdoor shower was stocked with shampoo and soap. He thought of everything! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach - so close you can hear the waves from the front porch. It was very cozy. We each had our own rooms, comfy beds and beautiful views. We were literally down the street from the beach. If we had any questions, Paul was only a text or call away. I unfortunately had a medical emergency, and Paul was very understanding. He made accommodations for us. The back porch was very relaxing with a beautiful pond to look at. The front porch is nice as well. If you're looking to relax, be present and chill, book this. You won't regret it. We will definitely be back. It was a last minute decision, hoping to catch a few remaining warm beach days. Our experience couldn’t have been better. The north end of island is quiet and the beach is pristine. The condo was beautiful, very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The front and back decks were our favorite hang outs. Paul was a great host, very helpful and responsive in our communication. Brigantine is very quiet, in comparison to other Jersey shore islands so if the slow vibe and solitude is what you seek then it won't disappoint. We'll be back in a heartbeat. ##### Elise D.
