Dining: Steps from the legendary Chef Vola and Atlantic City Biergarten, with other renowned spots like Nobu (at Caesar's), Cafe 2825, Pho Sydney, Dock’s Oyster House, and Knife & Fork Inn nearby. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying. 4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21. 5) The house is located in the heart of Atlantic City, which is a fairly dense urban environment. As such, houses are close together and people regularly travel by foot, particularly this close to the Boardwalk. 6) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace. Very close to accessing the board walk, and a short walk to Tropicana. Overall the stay was great. The property manager kept up great communication.
