A beautiful 3 bedroom bay front home- bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Located close to Gardner's Basin in the Bungalow Park neighborhood of Atlantic City, spectacular sunrises can be viewed from the deck each morning. There are great views from just about every window and location in our home - we can't wait for you to enjoy them with your friends and family too! Great amenities and thoughtful touches create a pleasant setting to enjoy with family and friends.  
  
This beautiful bay front home will be sure to please! This bay front beauty comes with its own dock for all your water toys. Come enjoy the salt life in Atlantic City. With tasteful style and a view of the water from the bay front deck, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer.   
  
Enjoy the contemporary design accompanied by modern amenities that spread across this entire elegant house. While decorating this inviting retreat, we have worked hard to create a feeling of a second home for our guests. Healthy natural light warms up space during the day by shining through large glass windows.

At "The Bayfront AC", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.  
  
CLEANING:  
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.  
  
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:  
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).  
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS  
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.  
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.  
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.  
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE  
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.  
No open flames, candles, or wax.  
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
