It is occupied by a quiet family that lives there year round. None of the listings entrances, spaces, or amenities are shared with the upstairs unit with the exception of the backyard. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay. \- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. \- Absolutely no parties or events. \- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. \- No drugs \- No underage consumption of alcohol \- No loud music after 10PM.
