There is no cable. PARKING: Street parking is available and free - no permit required. STAIRS There are approximately eight steps leading up to the entrance. The front door opens directly into the cozy living room. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
