This is unit B (2nd floor), which is over top of a first floor unit. TV\`s: All of our Tv\`s are Smart Tv\`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable. PARKING: Street parking is available and free - no permit required. STAIRS There are approximately eight steps leading up to the entrance. The front door opens directly into the cozy living room. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay. \- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. \- Absolutely no parties or events. \- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. \- No drugs \- No underage consumption of alcohol \- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned \- No loud music after 10PM.
