This is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor.  
  
The Space:  
This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!

The Neighborhood:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:  
\- Absecon Lighthouse  
\- Atlantic City Aquarium  
\- Marine Mammal Stranding Center  
\- Renaissance Plaza  
\- Brigantine Town Center  
  
Getting Around:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:  
\- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.  
\- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.  
\- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.  
  
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:  
1\. 22 years old for out of town guests  
2\. 25 years old for local guests  
  
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.  
  
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.  
  
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.  
  
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

Bait and Switch comes to mind — I thought I booked Hard Rock & ended up at Showboat. Beware of a company called CozySuites.All correspondence about the reservation stated, “Hard Rock and Oceans Casino”. CozySuites claim I should have known it wasn’t at Hard Rock because the address they gave was for Steamboat. Deceptive. Streamboat definitely wasn’t the same caliber as Hard Rock: carpet in lobby taped together, the elevators were filthy and made awful noises to the point some other person refused to get in it because she was afraid. Once in the unit, regret was immediate: two measly lights for the kitchen/living room area, walls everywhere were dirty and scuffed or spackled and not painted or spackled and painted over, 2 of the 3 bedside lamps in one bedroom had a broken switch so the bulbs were just unscrewed. In the other bedroom one lampshade was scribbled on in marker. Furniture in both bedrooms was shoddy and were either scratched up or had water stains that puffed up the top of the furniture. Shower water had mad rust when the water was first turned on. Bathroom mat ripped down the middle. Toilet seats were worn and peeling. Most of the towel hooks/hand towel holders were broken with no holders/hooks. Mold on caulk in bathrooms. Wallpaper peeling. When I reported these issues no refund was offered and was told that they would report issues to “the team to ensure improvements are made”.

Like this was on the boardwalk. Only complaint maybe add tv’s in the bedroom :) the communication with the company was awesome. very responsive. will stay again. lots of room

The room were clean and nice. The showboat casino is old and now an arcade. A bit misleading…. Definitely not associated to ocean casino. For the price, it’s good but don’t expect anything else.

We stayed at this property once, and are already planning our next stay! Our family had such a blast, everything was so accessible. Communication with our hosts was open and easy via email and text. Both check-in and check-out was a breeze; we literally showed up, presented a DL and was given the keys, check-out was just a drop-off. The arcade and many dining options available paired with the convenience of having a full size kitchen made it worth while. Thanks Cozy Suites!

Great overall. Downsides - 1. Did not know it was in the Showboat hotel, so spent time looking for it. 2. Called help number listed for directions, not much help. 3. Found out had to pay for parking 30 mins prior to check in Side note: we did have some screaming kids in the room next to us and no one to complain to, not really properties fault but still didn’t want to be woken up at 7am

#### Spacious accomodations in Atlantic City NJ

I highly recommend Cozy suites at the Showboat residences Atlantic City. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom 3 bath suite on the boardwalk. The accomodations were clean, modern, spacious. The sure was well located, right between Hard Rock and Oceans Resort.. We will definitely stay there if agy if we travel to Atlantic City. We will also try out other Cozy Suite locations
