All of the amenities were just as listed on the Vrbo site, but there is no way to know that the A/C is very loud, and the ceiling fan is even louder. The back bedroom has the outside A/C unit next to it, so every time the A/C kicked on, it would wake up our daughter. So we put her in another bedroom, and the ceiling fan (when on) was very noisy. She did not sleep well during our stay, which made it hard for us to sleep. This place is best suited for folks that can sleep through noise - or maybe it’s better in the winter, when A/C and fans are not needed. Allyson, the host, was so helpful and responsive. The property is gorgeous. It was spotless and cozy. The home had plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. The central air was refreshing after a long day at the beach. The hosts thought of everything down to the tiniest detail. For example, they had fully stocked handsoap ready at every sink. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected and very easy for us to do even with a one year old and tons of beach gear. We loved the peaceful neighborhood. The home is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and miniature golf. We had an amazing stay and hope to return. I'd give this property more than 5'stars if I could!! ##### Megan W.
