"The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel."

"Great location for transit and visiting, clean and good service"

"Where do I start.....The location was run down. Housing projects across the street. Liquor store on the corner. The hotel smelled of weed and cigarettes. They even provide short stays. The room was small, but reasonable. The bathroom is very small. Not much vanity space. The shower curtain was torn, dingy and falling apart. The water pressure was very low. The tub had rust and crud around the edges. The comforter had cigarettes holes in it. The walls had dents and half patched holes in it. We're not going to discuss the nasty dingy worn wash cloths and towels. Thankfully I packed my own. The elevator was only nice part about the whole place. It was clean and functional. The walls were thin you can hear other guests "enjoying" themselves. This place is worse than the Bates Motel. I'd rather sleep in my car. STAY AWAY! That place is gross."

"Overall, I had a positive stay and appreciated the friendly staff, safe location, and especially the early check-in. Once I was settled in, my stay was comfortable. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel regarding a special occasion trip to New York for the Tribeca Film Festival, and the team kindly responded that my notes had been added to my reservation. However, I was initially assigned the wrong room type, and it seemed those notes had not been reviewed before arrival. The staff quickly resolved the issue, and I appreciate their efforts. My main suggestion would be to review guest notes and special requests 24–48 hours before check-in to ensure expectations are met. I would also recommend clearer communication on Expedia regarding the $100 per night incidental authorization, as this was unexpected during check-in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future."

"We loved the location with Target across the street & subway to any area pretty easy. The proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge was amazing & the waterfront beautiful. The room was small but the balcony was huge- definately recommend the upgrade for a long stay. The staff was adequate- no memorable assistance though. The decor was outdated, and no continental breakfast of any kind- the amenities were zero- you could smell the chlorine of a pool but not allowed access. There are vending machines for snacks & soda & the cafe adjacent was only good for coffee. We would probably stay again because of the location but don't expect too much."
