The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the interior washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. The sunroom off Bedroom #1 invites natural light and quiet moments. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for groups of all sizes. Bedroom #1: Primary King with private sunroom access. Bedroom #2: Comfortable queen bed with shared bath. Bedroom #3: Double bed plus a Twin—great for kids or friends. Bonus room: Queen bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed, perfect for extra guests or a fun kids' sleepover zone. Step outside to enjoy the patio furniture and grill, perfect for dining and sunset gatherings. Come stay at Sylena's Retreat—where comfort meets coastal charm. Your retreat begins here. Total bedding includes 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 twin bunk set. Amenities Include: 6 TVs (cable and/or Smart TV with access to streaming services); Wireless High-Speed Internet. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Sitting Area off entryway, Interior Washer/Dryer, Covered Patio with Furniture, Gas Grill, Dock on the Canal that will accommodate up to 30 ft boat. NOTE: Boat lift is not available for guest use at any time. Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. No Smoking. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO.
