With a private balcony, and beach access just steps away. Sea Dreams offers a relaxed getaway to unwind by the coast. Welcome to Sea Dreams, an oceanfront retreat that embodies the quiet charm of classic Atlantic Beach vacations. Located on the second floor of the well-loved Southwinds community, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers just the right blend of comfort, tradition, and simplicity. From its private balcony, you’ll enjoy front-row views of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for coffee at sunrise or watching the tide roll in. The open living space is bright, breezy, and comfortably appointed, with two TVs (in the living room and main bedroom), complimentary WiFi, and coastal touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and blender—everything you need to prepare meals after a day on the sand. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for added convenience. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and connects to the half bath. By booking, you agree to follow all rules and policies. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT \- Check-in: After 3:30 PM \- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (Late check-outs will be charged an additional night’s rent.) \- Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee (arranged in advance). COMPLEX ADDRESSES \- SeaSpray: 301 Commerce Way, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 \- Southwinds: 2008 E. Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 RESERVATION & PAYMENT \- An advance deposit and optional trip insurance are due at booking. \- Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. \- Reservations made within 30 days require full payment at booking. \- NC law requires sales & lodging tax on the full rental amount. \- Unit access only after full payment is received and agreement signed. UNIT MAINTENANCE \- Malfunctions may occur; repairs will be attempted promptly. No refunds. LOCK-OUTS \- After 6 PM: $50 fee for SurfSide staff to unlock.
