This Oceanside House with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, is in an ideal location near the corner of West Atlantic Blvd and Durham Ave - less than 250 feet to the public beach access walkover! Central heat and air, ceiling fans. Interior Washer/Dryer. Living area with seating and Smart TV with Roku access to streaming apps and a Blu-ray DVD player, dining area to accommodate your family, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double bed. The screened porch with furniture is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. Fireplace is NOT available. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total.
