In this case, it conjures up images of quiet beaches, pristine waters and luxe living. The neighborhood is a prominent and favorite Atlantic Beach locale. Homes began to be built decades ago to be enjoyed generation after generation, for families and beachgoers, whether year-round, for holidays or as a summer home. Along with the ideal oceanfront location with sweeping views of the sand and the surf, you will find classic homes, from the small, sweet Cape Cod style cottages to larger, more contemporary designs decked out in cedar shakes like this home that flaunts more than 5,000 sq feet of light-filled space. Gorgeous scenery, prestige and timeless style are the unifying factors all along this single-street community. This home was built to highlight the beautiful surroundings and enhance the quality of life for all who enter. From the bottom to the top third floor, each level has been thoughtfully designed and laid out for ease and flow, family and friends, and the joy of coastal living. The basement is where you'll find the bunk room, featuring a king bed and two sets of twin bunks with queen beds on the bottom and twins on top. This level boasts a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second level is the main floor of the house, where you will gather with guests to relax, enjoy meals together or plan parties, big or small. This house is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion, and the backdrop of rolling waves and sunshine will enhance any event! The main living area is all windows and light with an incredible amount of space that make mingling and spreading good cheer effortless. This floor includes a gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas a flat-screen TV over the mantel, and additional cozy seating that faces the sea- the perfect place to have your coffee in the morning. This level is also where you will find one of the primary bedrooms with a full master bath and walk-in tile shower. There is a powder room with a half bath in the foyer, too! Welcome to the third floor and another primary suite with a king bed and full master bath. This floor offers an additional bedroom and king bed. This full bath includes a shower and a bathtub for those mornings or nights when you need a hot soak in the tub! The fourth bedroom has two queen beds, a full bath, a tub and shower, and even a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed that shares a bathroom with bedroom number four. In addition to the incredible space inside, the opportunity to savor your surroundings continues outdoors. Happy Ours is where you can while away the hours with a cocktail or glass of wine on porches and patios or by the pool. The amazing thing is... dips in the pool are possible almost any time of year with heated water. As long as it's 50° or more, jump on in! Or, hit the hot tub and soothe your aches and woes away! While you're at it, marvel at the unbeatable Carolina sunsets while you watch the clouds float by. When it's time to tear yourself away, there is fun to be had only a hop skip and a jump away. Head to the celebrated Circle for ice cream, hit up the local shops, visit the sharks at the NC Aquarium, or have dinner out on the town. When you stay at Happy Ours, every hour is a happy one! BED CONFIGURATIONS: 5 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Pyramid Bunks (Queen on Bottom and Twin on Top) LOCATION: 113 Ocean Ridge Drive Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. The location and views were incredible! Lots of space for our large family to gather and relax as well as enjoy meals together. Only downer was that the previous renter didn’t take out their very smelly fishy trash so the place smelled terrible until we discovered it and removed it. Not much more you could ask for. The only thing that can be difficult to manage is the limited amount of parking, and having to move cars around. The views, the super quick access to the beach, the layout, everything! The house had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, everything. The appliances are all high end. There is a double outdoor shower which was an amazing surprise! Was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready as originally promised and that we were living in an active construction zone (probably pretty unsafe). BUT the views and the decks on the house made up for everything. Once the pool is completed I would go back in a heartbeat. One warning for future renters: they do not have a propane grill. It’s a propane flat top. That completely messed up our dinners. We ended up having to cook most meals in the kitchen which stunk. ##### Michele E.
