It is a living portrait of the Intracoastal Waterway with Morehead City as a backdrop, ever changing with the time of day, different weather patterns and abundant wildlife. Not to mention, the porch itself significantly increases the square footage of private living space for the lucky renter. The breezeway provides even more covered outdoor area to gather with family and friends or simply enjoy the wonderful balmy weather of Atlantic Beach. This second floor 400 sq ft efficiency condo accommodates 4 guests. It is perfectly appointed for comfort with one queen bed (new for 2024) and one queen pull-out sofa to ensure a good night's sleep. What really sets it apart from other rooms is the covered porch with the bar height seating area with plenty of extra room to store your beach gear. The beach access was easy to use and we appreciated the crosswalks. It was very clean and obviously cared for. The kitchen worked well for our family. We enjoyed our time.
