Just a two-minute walk from beach access, you’ll enjoy effortless days by the ocean followed by cozy evenings at home. With three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the cottage provides ample space for families or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway. The main level features a living room and dining area offering additional space to spread out, making it perfect for kids or guests who want their own hangout area. There is a second living room upstairs ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day in the sun. Each bedroom has a king bed perfect for comfort, while the updated bathrooms feature contemporary finishes. Located in Atlantic Beach, the cottage is just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you're looking to surf, fish, dine out, or simply relax by the ocean, everything you need is within easy reach. This cottage is your ideal home base for making unforgettable beach memories. BED CONFIGURATION: 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
