Charcoal grill and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water! The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with 2 Queen Beds. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. The second floor also has two bedrooms each with a king bed and a full bath with an additional toilet and sink. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound views from the front deck. TVs are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI provided. The main living area and kitchen was big enough for everyone to spread out and multiple cooks were able to fit in at once. The beach was close enough for the kids to walk and find shells, and the whole area was nice for family walks in the evening. It was our first holiday after losing both our parents this year. It was absolutely lovely. The house was perfect, the host was easy to work with, and it was just what we needed. Thank you for everything! ##### Chloe W.
