Located just two blocks from the beach and only a mile from The Circle in Atlantic Beach, you’ll have easy access to sandy shores, local shops, dining, and entertainment. Each of the four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The open floor concept on the main living level creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals with ease. An elevator services three of the four floors, making it simple to move between levels without carrying heavy luggage or groceries up the stairs. Multiple balconies offer comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply taking in the refreshing sea breeze. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing indoors. BED CONFIGURATION: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Futon, and 1 Sofa Bed WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
