The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, one armchair, and flat screen TV; the dining table seats 6; a bonus room off the dining area is furnished with a Twin bed and trundle. A sliding door leads to a small balcony, which can offer a myriad of views ranging from courtyard and outdoor pool, parking lot, the Bouge Sound, or the Atlantic Ocean. A full bath (shower only) is located in the hall behind the kitchen. The private bedroom is furnished with a King bed and flat screen TV, plus offers a full bathroom. The unit was clean, I would recommend shampooing the carpet. My son is in the crawling phase and the tops of his feet were black anytime he crawled across the carpet. I was disappointed that the photos of the unit included a room with two twin beds when this room didn't exist in the unit. This is partially my fault for hastily booking and skimming the description of the property. The amenities on the property were great and kept my kids occupied. ##### Vanessa C. Older style building but well maintained. Great place for families with kids 10 and under. My 16 and 18 year old said not many teens or hangouts for their age group.
