Other things to note ➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. ➤ This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. Expect the normal noise you'd expect from multi-family buildings. ➤ Events are subject to approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $300 and those with large productions start at $750. ➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤ There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. ➤ Please be guided that for security reasons, the balcony doors should not be unlocked as it is not accessible to the guests. ➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM.
