Colorful 1800s mill cottages with double-height porches line the narrow streets, and striking street art covers the Krog Street Tunnel, tucked beneath rail tracks. Oakland Cemetery features lavish 19th-century memorials and the grave of “Gone With the Wind” author Margaret Mitchell. Getting Around: King Memorial is on the Blue and Green Line. This station has MARTA bus service and ‘Kiss & Ride’ parking. The elevated platform overlooks Atlanta’s historic Oakland Cemetery on the south side of the station.
