Horrendous experience
Has to be the worst experience I have had at any hotel and I travel extensively for work and pleasure. We checked out a day early after experiencing rude and threatening staff at the hotel, the icing on the cake was the threatening security guard with the gun! I don’t expect this sort of behaviour in a 5 star hotel - quite simply I won’t ever set foot in a St Regis Hotel again!!

We spent the. day by. the pool which was amazing. We tried to have the hotel get us a reservation in the hotel restaurant it was full. I believe a 5 star. hotel should be able to get their guests a table in their restaurant. That was pretty lame... also. the pool closed at. 5 because. of a wedding... that was disappointing as well.

The property was aesthetically pleasing. Pool was nice and the workout room was nice but there we had too many issues with the staff etc. The maître de at The St Regis Bar was probably one of the rudest I have ever experienced - not once but twice. We love the St Regis in NYC - this one was such a disappointment! The bar tender in The Garden Room was just as bad. On the way in to that restaurant two people told us to turn around. We should have listened. Will not stay here again.

Had to change room? AC didn’t work, and new room we switched to was also warm. The hotel staff were accommodating and supportive and helped us move and provided credits as well.

Nicest Hotel in Atlanta
Nicest hotel in Atlanta …. first class !!! I had a house in Atlanta for several years and am familiar with most of the nicer hotels. Also, very convenient to Chops Steak and Lobster Bar next door. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful.

Love the French doors that open and smart room!
5 star in Atlanta. Great area, wonderful accommodations and quiet. This was a nice getaway without our children and we loved the dining next door at Chops. Wonderful stay!

Lovely but loud
This hotel is amazingly beautiful, luxurious and grand! The customer service is good. I am a bathtub person and this tub was over the top! Hands down my favorite tub so far!!!! I have never seen a tub so deep. Unfortunately we were put in a room that is by construction or something because it was so loud in the mornings that we couldn’t rest. Other than that it was very nice. We didn’t do much, but we did go to the bar on our first night. The drinks were strong just like we like! We also took advantage of the high end shopping and walked across a movie set! I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are willing to splurge.
