This immaculately clean 3BR/2.5Bth two level Townhouse has been newly renovated. It s creative modern flare is perfect for business or vacation. It s centrally located 10 minutes from major highways and 19min(12mi) to Downtown Atlanta. Gated community. Keyless front door entry. 17min(7 mi) to Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, World of Coke, Ga Aquarium, 14min(9mi) to SixFlags, 7min(2.4mi) to Tyler Perry Studios, 16min(11mi) from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Enjoy the entire townhouse.
Come recharge in the cozy jewel toned Living Room which is a simple but relaxing are to enjoy during your stay while you enjoy the free cable, a wide selection of movies, or surf your electronic devices with free Wifi. Take off to dream land in our luxurious King size pillow-top mattress for an extra comfy bed.
There is a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and parks nearby. After just a 15 minute ride you can encounter the Atlanta Streetcar, Coca-Cola, the Fox Theatre, Old Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Marekt, Piedmont Park, Universities, GWCC, Mercedes Benz Stadium and still be 16 minutes(11 miles) from the airport. Private reserved parking is available. A contract is required for long-term leases.
Getting Around
Townhouse is MARTA accessible with a close-by bus stop walking distance directly across from entry gate. Only 30-minutes on public transportation to Mercedes Benz Stadium.

The Neighborhood
This is a quiet and family oriented community.
Winter Warmth
Just a bit of information for your comfort. During the cold seasons, the Townhouse will heat up quicker upstairs than downstairs. With that in mind, it's better to set the temperature at about 80 degrees or above to take the chill off downstairs much quicker. However, it's best to keep the heat on automatic at bedtime between 76-77 degrees, and exercise slightly closing the ceilting vents, so that the heat air does not blow on you directly. Last, but not least, when leaving the premises during the day, leave the heat on between 75-76 degrees, so that the house is nice and comfortable upon your return. Enjoy your stay.
