We were on the phone for over 155 minutes until someone told us we would be reimbursed for the VRBO charge and a hotel charge. I tried to cancel 3 days before with a full refund because I didn't want to get stranded like the other renters (reviews). Reason being....the address provided for the property was a restaurant and after repeated attempts to get the actual address, still nothing. They gave me the location of the "area" but no specific address. So like anyone would have, I canceled but with NO REFUND from VRBO. VRBO was another awful experience, with horrendous customer service. There approach was that I needed to attempt to arrive, THEN I would get a refund. So I am supposed to try first, get stranded, then get my refund? Disgusted and annoyed at this experience. And even worse that VRBO is supporting such a rental property. ##### Kevin J.
