It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Heating and air conditioning, plus ceiling and portable fans, help keep the space comfortable through Atlanta’s cooler season and beyond. A TV with standard cable is ready for a low-key evening in. Sleeping arrangements Sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath. Linens are provided, along with clothing storage in a closet, hangers, and an iron to help you settle in quickly for short stays or longer visits. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available upon request. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is set up for guests who like to keep meals simple and flexible during a downtown stay, with space to cook and a dining table nearby for relaxed dinners after a busy day. Peachtree Center Marta station is 1 block away. Rideshare is always available. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. I enjoyed the screened in balcony while drinking my coffee in the morning. The kitchen has the minimum necessities you will need for a trip, such as dishes and glasses. If you plan on eating in you may want to bring extras like spices and oils. The bed was comfortable and the space was extremely clean. We had easy access to Uber and walked to a few places. The kitchen was well equipped.The building was quite and very clean as well. I felt very comfortable during my stay. We were downtown so there are people moving and hanging around the building but that was not an issue. There is parking but you do have to pay...there is secured parking on one side of the building unsecured parking on the other side...we paid $30 a night for secured with in and out priviledges. The host did check to make sure we were good and if we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. ##### Linda R.
