The living area is versatile, ideal for business meetings or leisure, and features a high-end sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, making the total capacity 4 guests. A 50-inch TV with Roku and high-speed wireless internet are included for entertainment. The bedroom features a top-of-the-line queen mattress and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The sparkling bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure.
