Our place is awesome for big work groups and large families - we can host up to 16 people!  
  
Attending a World Congress conference or selling at Americasmart? Impress your colleagues with a quiet space to come home to after the hubbub. We're only 10 min drive from the conferencing center. Across the two floors, everyone can relax and interact at their own pace.  
  
Family coming in town? Plenty of space with two kitchens to prepare a feast, relax by the fireplace in the great room, or watch a favorite show on the smart TV. Head to the aquarium only 10 minutes drive.  
  
Our place is a freestanding duplex home, with 2 complete units stacked on top of one another - that means 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc. Our guests love this layout as there's space to hang together and also grab a quiet moment alone as needed.  
On the first floor, there's 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath and on the second floor an additional 5 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths.

The first part of the house was old smelling and look like it was under reconstruction and looked nothing the like the pictures online. Also there was no curtains or blinds for any of the windows in the kitchen. The second part of the house / upstairs was very nice look exactly like the pictures online only thing downstairs to the second part was very cold and couldn't get the fireplace to work.

When planning a reunion of 9 people from different areas of the country and with different needs, it's hard to find a place to accommodate everyone. But this home offered the best of everything - location, comfort, amenities, space, parking, and a good place to gather. Our host was more than accommodating - she answered all our questions and gave us very good advice regarding things to do in the area. The house is located in a historic district, so expect some of the area to be a bit dated, but we felt safe and secure and were very happy with the area's convenience to the airport as well as attractions, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely choose this house again when coming to Atlanta.

#### Great for groups

We were coming for a conference at State Farm Arena and this was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone, we had 13 people. It had everything we needed for our 3 days to cook a little bit at home. The location was perfect to be out of the city but close enough to get there, it only took us 10 minutes to get to the arena each day. The neighborhood looks a little rough but there were no issues at all. Our host was helpful and clear with instructions and responded quickly to all messages. It was a great stay for our group, we would definitely book again!

#### 5 Star!

Our group consisted of 16 adults. We were in town for the University of Miami/Ga. Tech football game. The house had plenty of room for us and the location was perfect. The "host" Shannon is very accomodating and accessible. Coming to Atlanta is an annual trip for us and we will try to book the same house!

#### Wonderful house for a conference!

This was a great space to stay for a conference I had in Atlanta with five of my colleagues. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably, and the TV setup downstairs was great for practicing presentations. It was also great spending time on the porch! The kitchen was also very clean and we used it a lot. Really awesome property, all around! We’ll definitely be staying there again next year!

This property had a lot of space. It was perfect for our Spring Break family trip. The owners ensured that check-in was smooth. We rented out both units and enjoyed all the space. There was more than space and beds for our family.

Our group was looking for a house to stay at for the Passion Conference. And BOY did we find it! It was the perfect space for what we needed. The upgrades that have been made are nice, the amount of space and the convenience of two kitchens added to the ease of our trip. Overall, we were very pleased and would return next year!

#### Awesome house in so so neighborhood

We rented this house for a get-together with colleagues, and it offered an excellent location for working together. The place is all you need. It is easy to access by taxi to different locations in the city, and overall we like it. Just know the neighbourhood is so-so. There are some basic stores in the vicinity, but it is not pleasant to stroll around the neighborhood.

#### Atlanta Birthday weekend

House got plenty room for a big group,conveniently located for quick trips downtown for restaurants,clubs and getting to/from the airport. Tha Host was excellent and checked in and communicated Great first 2 days at the property and once She heard all was Great. Let us enjoy our full 5 days wit no calls or texts which was greatly appreciated and overall GREAT communication before, durin and after our stay. Excellent service

#### Cozy Getaway

Overall we enjoyed the layout and space in the home. They're in the process of updating/renovating the home so we were initially disoriented because the un-renovated part of the house looks very different from the updated part. Other than that, we found the place to be comfortable and relaxing. The beds were also very comfortable.

#### West End WONDERFUL!

A beautiful home in a great location that slept 13 adults & teens comfortably for my father’s 80th birthday celebration. Plenty of space for everyone! Marta & great restaurants within a short walking distance. Within 10-15 minutes of World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium & more. Gracious hosts, ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; very responsive to questions & requests. We will be back!!!
