Not really a hotel
I booked 04 nights and had no new towels and room cleaning in 03 first days. When I returned the hotel in the second day, I found no room cleaning and new towel changing, I talked with hotel front desk staff about my dissatisfaction and request for room service in the next day. It was the same situation in the next day. I made a strongly request again that night, and again it happen in next day. I was so dissatisfaction about hotel service and shared my feeling with the hotel staffs. They said sorry and had no ideas about why my room not having service even they noticed my request to service department. I asked hotel manger phone number and called him at night. He told me the hotel provide room service per stay not per day!!!!!!????.....so weird! I did not know that in the contract agreement. I explained to him that I booked the hotel per day $ x 04, not per stay. Anyway after conversation he said sorry and promised a room service tomorrow.
I don't want to waste my time for make a complaint, but I really want to complaint about the service as agreement:
Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed

However, hotel front desk staff is very helpful. She had tried her best to help me had new towels to my room in the third day. It is not her job.
Hotel is 10 minutes walk to bus and train station MARTA, however, you must pass over the homeless shelter with uncountable wanderers who occupy both side of Pine St. , (including their body wastes)
