Close to the greyhound bus

Posted 26-Apr-2016
Pros: Just the staff
Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned and get rid of identifying yourself to get on and off the premises.
Location: You can walk to publix, and wing stop is nearby. Also there's several restaurants nearby
I had the worst experience ever in this hotel due to the fact that I spent my money .I don't appreciate that you can invite guest to your room but you're not allowed to have your guest spend the night or else you and the guest will be kicked out. Am I in still in high school?? Or even a freshman in college? ;When I stepped in my room it was so smokey smelling ,I guess they ran out of air freshener. I checked my bed and it was dirty sheets and I'm not exaggerating I mean hairs on the sheets all over... I couldn't believe my eyes! The mirror was obvious that it wasn't cleaned. I also was given one washcloth in my room and was told i can't get anymore because the doors of housekeeping are locked. Whoever got the approval of self inspection should be written up or suspended. However, the staff was friendly but I don't appreciate the fact that anytime you have a guest on property they have to show their identification like we're in high school.. I will never stay at this hotel again. I'm not quite sure why this hotel is this way and it could be that the homeless shelter is nearby that the may check ID or that I think people actually live there. Not quite sure .

The room smelled, but didn't interfere with sleep.

Pros: Location to downtown. Security guard on duty.
Cons: Nearly everything. Cleaner rooms, update bathroom sink. defrost refrigerator. Electrical outlets for phone charging. Light bulbs
Location: Close to downtown, almost within walking distance. A few decent bars and restaurants nearby.
Light bulbs were missing from lamps. Front desk didn't have any and suggested I go to the near-by Family Dollar if I wanted to read in bed!

Horrible Location

Posted 20-Apr-2016
Pros: Nothing, smelly and noisy all night long, elevators smelled of urine
Cons: Customer service, front desk experience was horrible Manager very nasty
Location: Nothing to do nearby, location is next to homeless shelter with over 300 people all hang out infront the hotel all day long some strung out.
I had the worse experience since using Expedia. The hotel is located next to a homeless shelter with over 300 homeless persons They hang out all day in front this hotel This hotel also rents to homeless people. The front desk clerk was nasty and I got a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room which I booked When I told the manger he said you can check out and leave It is not a safe location or nice staff. Could not go out at nights Don't recommend to "NO ONE"

Not really a hotel

Posted 16-Apr-2016
Pros: Nothing. Room is dirty!. Hotel is near to homeless shelter. So many wanderers outside. I felt unsafe when I walked out the hotel.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Near to bus and train station. 10 minutes to Walgreen and Publix market.
I booked 04 nights and had no new towels and room cleaning in 03 first days. When I returned the hotel in the second day, I found no room cleaning and new towel changing, I talked with hotel front desk staff about my dissatisfaction and request for room service in the next day. It was the same situation in the next day. I made a strongly request again that night, and again it happen in next day. I was so dissatisfaction about hotel service and shared my feeling with the hotel staffs. They said sorry and had no ideas about why my room not having service even they noticed my request to service department. I asked hotel manger phone number and called him at night. He told me the hotel provide room service per stay not per day!!!!!!????.....so weird! I did not know that in the contract agreement. I explained to him that I booked the hotel per day $ x 04, not per stay. Anyway after conversation he said sorry and promised a room service tomorrow. I don't want to waste my time for make a complaint, but I really want to complaint about the service as agreement: 2 adults Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed Included amenities Free Wireless Internet However, hotel front desk staff is very helpful. She had tried her best to help me had new towels to my room in the third day. It is not her job. Hotel is 10 minutes walk to bus and train station MARTA, however, you must pass over the homeless shelter with uncountable wanderers who occupy both side of Pine St. , (including their body wastes)

Bad choice

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and mold was clearly visible in the bathroom.

Terrible motel

Posted 9-Apr-2016
The place is next to a homeless shelter, which is really scary to pass by. The room was smelly and filthy. The next door people were so loud up to 2-3 o'clock in the morning. The security guard didn't do anything. I will never go back there again.

This place should not be listed on Expedia.

Posted 7-Apr-2016
Pros: Absolutely nothing. Would have left if I wasn't worried about walking outside at night.
Cons: Everything. Start by removing this place from your listings. Very very very disappointed Expedia.
Location: Location is next to a homeless center. Vagrants hang around at all hours asking for money. Not a safe environment.
This place is basically a halfway house/crack house. Very dirty. Used my rolled up jeans rather than their gross pillows. Didn't shower because it was so disgusting. There wasn't soap available anyways. Missing knobs on the cabinets and mystery stains on the comforters and headboard. Homeless people walking all around the area asking for stuff. Didn't go out at night like planned as a woman going down the stairs warned me that they "grey shirts" (her name for security) were robbing people. Very noisy at night, especially after midnight. Here is an except from what I heard and I quote "You ready to get high?!" This was then followed by lots more noise and people running up and down the halls. Couldn't check out because their "system was down" so I had to leave my room key with "security". Who knows what happened after that. Very very disappointed about my experience and after using Expedia for over 15 years hesitate to do so because of listings like this. Please do yourselves a favor and remove this place from your listings.

NeXT to a homeless shelter

Posted 5-Apr-2016
Paper thin walls and ceilings. A homeless shelter and a rehabilitation center for neighbors. Stove in room didn't work. No trash can in room. Only plus was the police guard guarding the parking lot.
