Facilities not provided and room not bring cleaned

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: The cheap price and proximity to event center
Cons: Poor cleanliness. Poor facilities
Location: Bums all around entrance to the hotel.
The coffee maker was broken and not replaced despite requests. The room was cleaned only once for the 4 days stayed in the hotel. Soap was not provided for 3 days. Refuse bins were not emptied. Bed was badly made. Small insects were found in the room.

This place shouldn't even be on you list of Hotels. First of all lets talk about the location of the place, its right in the midst of what seems to be a neighborhood for the homeless. There is actually a shelter right down the street. Despite this fact the Homeless people are all outside and hang out in the parking lot of the hotel. Next lets deal with the room. The lights in the rooms are barely working, the bathrooms were terrible The bed was completely uncomfortable. Even saw a couple of roaches. The only redeeming factor was that the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly.

Mala conexión y ubicación

Posted 8-Oct-2016

Don't stay here unless you have no options

Posted 28-Sep-2016
I wish I had read the reviews first. This place is disgusting and in a bad area. It is right by a homeless shelter and I had to walk past many shady characters to get to and from the place. Check in and check out were fine and the staff was nice. But that's the only nice thing I can say about the place other than the price. Bugs scattered when I entered the room. There were dead bugs inside the fridge. Everything looked and felt grimy. There were holes in the comforter, stains on everything. It was nasty. Luckily I took an old sheet with me to lay down on top of the bed to sleep on. I don't know if I would have been able to sleep otherwise. Stay somewhere else.

One of the security guys was asleep at his post, in an area where a lot of drug trafficking and homelessness . In my room there was rust on the appliances and the housekeeping staff was not available for additional sets of towels. Only got about 6 channels on the TV and no other anemones definitely no Wi-Fi

The hotel needs improvement. Rooms keys are not functional. They will need a lot of effort to improve . The hotel seems safe with security officer. The area is generally safe.

Hotel muito central.

Posted 28-Aug-2016
Uns chegaram até a me oferecer crack. À noite, a esquina virava ponto de venda de droga. Via tido do meu quarto, que era de frente.

Be careful what you choose online.

Posted 20-Aug-2016
Pros: security personnel very alert and refuses to allow anyone enter without proper ID
Cons: The direlect and homeless people that hang around next door and the room need new furniture not suited to be rented out tourist only for natives
Location: immediate surroundings an eye soar would not recommend selling to tourist likely to be robbed or attacked we were afraid to explore just pray time pas
my experience was disappointing location very scary a whole loot of homeless people hangs out next door and in entire neighbourhood. The tpype person who lives there all seems to be below poverty line or wellfare assisted. everyday someone belongings place outside for non payment NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK OUTSIDE A CHAIN HOTEL KNOWN BY ME.
