Cire Homes was established during the Pandemic period and has been successful throughout the pandemic to a large part to our attention to detail and customer service. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the nonrefundable USD 38 through Truvi. Also, send us the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $175 dollars instead of $100\. Note: The building only permits pets weighing no more than 25 pounds. Check-out Policy: All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance. If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval: \- A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM). \- After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged.
