Getting around couldn’t be easier. Peachtree Center MARTA Station is just one block away, providing a quick 15-minute train ride directly to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are always close by and convenient. Plus, nearly all major downtown attractions are within easy walking distance from the property.  
  
The heating and air system is centrally managed by the building and operates in one mode at a time (either heating or air conditioning), which is switched seasonally.  
Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).  
Animals are not permitted per HOA rules.  
Parking is not included; paid garages are nearby. We recommend 31 Baker St for secure parking and do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St.
