We were three friends visiting Atlanta and other friends and mainly needed to place to crash in the evening. Andrew's place was just fine for our purposes! The street the property is on was a little surprising in that there was nothing else there except a blocked end and almost like a service road gate. However, it is super close to the airport. You kind of wonder if you are safe, but the house does have an alarm system. There are some things about the house which could use some maintenance. A hotel would not have been sufficient to have space since we were staying for a week, and with having the little kids. Everything we needed was already provided for us in house. Mr. Byrd was very timely and professional in all of his responses, and was a gracious host. The house is located in a secluded area which was great for us because it allowed us to feel comfortable with our little kids going outside to play and explore without having to watch them every moment.
