Close to so many amenities and in a safe neighborhood right in front of a middle school.2) Size/space - this house is very big. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 9 and areas for both adults and kids to hang out SEPARATELY!3) Communication - James was very responsive4) Well stocked kitchen - the kitchen had everything you needed to cook/eat. Other rentals have pots and pans that are scratched up/dingy and make you not want to use them but not hereCons1) Wear and tear - while the house size was great and the kitchen was stocked, it was clear the house has been through a lot. The carpets/rugs are stained and the bathrooms definitely are showing some wear and tear. This is one of the main reasons I couldn't give it a perfect 5 stars2) Cleanliness - again, while the house wasn't in terrible shape at all, when we arrived, a majority of the towels provided and folded up were still wet. Perhaps there wasn't enough time for the cleaning service, but we had to run them in the wash/dry again as soon as we arrived which was a bit annoying as we had to wait to wash up in the evening.
