Perfect spot for family to gather

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a home base. This spot was perfect- clean and nicely decorated, open with space outside to enjoy the spring weather. Mari was super responsive to my questions. The location was great for walking to downtown Alpharetta and a quick drive to Avalon. - excellent for all ages of adults!

Perfect ranch style "home away from home" for 2 weeks while our son recuperated from hip surgery. Fantastic location to walk to the adorable town of Alpharetta. Marianna was very attentive with great communication.

Great little stay in Alpharetta

This property was just as advertised and in an ideal location in Alpharetta. Close enough to experience downtown but secluded enough at the back of a wooded court to feel quiet southern charm. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My family was in town for my son’s wedding and we all really enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great outside area. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again if I was in town.

Excellent location & great with dog

They thought of everything we may have needed and it was very clean. Excellent location with only a 10 minute walk to the coffee shop downtown! It has a great yard for a dog that is fenced in on 3 sides. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

This is the second time our family has stayed in this home. We have been in the area both times for a baseball tournament. It is so much nicer for everyone to have their own space and to wake up to birds chirping instead of hotel noise. We highly recommend this home. It’s clean and in a quiet, but still very convenient location.

Very nice property with all the goods. Comfy living area, nicely organized Kitchen, Laundry, large fridge, dishwasher. Home was recently remodeled and has updated bathrooms. Two nice walk in showers with very hot water; very relaxing. Short trip to downtown Alpharetta with awesome dining options. Would stay again.

Great house to use as home base

We were in Alpharetta for a family reunion and used the house as our home base. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood to return to each evening and relax after a busy day. Easy highway access for tourist attractions. Comfortable couches, beds and nice dining table to visit at. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful flowers in the yard too!

Beautiful home in Perfect location

This property exceeded our expectations-it's warm and inviting with "high-end" touches from the recent renovation. The pictures on-line are spot on! The home is located in a perfect location, making it easy to shop, eat and enjoy all that Alpharetta has to offer. And, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Next time we visit Atlanta, we will be staying here again!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Well maintained and upgraded interior. The host is very easy to get hold off. She was accommodating and cleaned the backyard herself when we requested and she couldn’t find her cleaners at the time. Definitely would recommend

The house was easily accessible. Great location and it looked just like the pictures, clean and well appointed. The host was friendly and attentive. We have a big family in Alpharetta and sometimes there’s not always room for all of us when there’s special events. Absolutely charming

We had a great time staying here with our family as we celebrated my brother in law’s 50th birthday. The property is well maintained and very spacious for our family of 4 adults. The proximity to downtown Alpharetta made it easy to get to our favorite restaurants by walking or car and is just a short ride to the highway. Marianne was always available for questions when needed and provided additional information on the property, policies, etc. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Atlanta.

Alpharetta Gem!

Oir stay was excellent. Property was just as described and very, very clean. The open floorplan was great for our family to gather and connect as we were there for Thanksgiving. Kitchen had everythingvwe needed to cook and the backyard was great. We would definitely book this place again.
