The bathrooms have all been upgraded along with the kitchen. Large TV's in every room along with WiFi throughout the home. The house was clean, updated and very adequate. In a good neighborhood and very close to everything in Alpharetta. My only suggestion would be a binder/booklet with info about the property (i.e. WIFI password, restaurant recommendations, things of interest in the local area, etc. Notes about if coffee and drinks are complimentary.
