The condo building is centrally located in a tourist/business area right on Peachtree Street. The district is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide. All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets. Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is. Walking distance most visitor attraction site in around Atlanta. Outside of the building there is a liquor store that Saturday night a little hangout, it didn’t bother us but for families with small children it might. The concierge was very nice and accommodating.
