The 3 bed/baths were perfect for my family of 6! However, the check-in process was sketchy, at best. I had to call the host several times to get information about how to access the property. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The rental was very under-equipped: an empty toilet paper roll, not enough towels, no cleaning supplies, and a broken AC that wasn’t repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was poor with slow response times, and the check-in process was frustrating. The FOB didn’t work, and only one of us could access the unit via our phones at a time.
