We had the most horrific experience at this hotel . The front desk lady named FAY was very unprofessional and rude . She doesn’t know how to deal with customers and her attitude is horrible and customer service for her means nothing . She needs to be fired !! Manager named Dorris too very rude !! . There is a guy who works the night shift too is very rude . They treat their customers like trash and criminals. All these folks above need to go for an attitude check . It’s the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . Customer service means nothing to these people . They think they all god almighty working behind the desk . It’s only the La Quinta . We gave this place a chance but very disappointed. Breakfast sucks !!! This hotel should get an award for the rudest front desk and the rudest MGR.

LOVED being greeted by Tony upon check in!!! He was such a pleasure to talk to about the area! The room (King) was immaculate and nicer than we expected. Biiiig props to La Quinta! We will be back in September for the postponed Braves/Mets game!

MY stay was not so great,checking in it looks okay downstairs but upstairs loos like a motel!! I left to get some items to clean my room not even 5 mins later I get a call from the hotel saying my room door was open with all of my items was in my room when I left.. when I came back to my room my door was wide open and I can tell my items were moved around after they realized that I was not the one who left the door open ,they didn't even close my room door to my room leaving it open to anyone to go in so I talked to the hotel manager who basically brushed my complaint under the rug I was not satisfied with the results I will never stay there again and I would not refer this hotel to anyone unless its the last hotel on earth

Warning. Bed bugs! We were covered in bug bites. Definitely spend a few extra bucks to stay at a nicer, cleaner facility.

As soon as we walked in the room we could tell they barely cleaned it. Room smelled like piss. And there was hair and seemed to be dirt on the sheets. We had to go out and buy our own sheets and disinfectants to even be okay to sleep there.

I waited 30 mins in line to check in but the gentleman was nice and did the best he could with what he had. The rooms weren’t as clean as I would have preferred. The hotel needs to be updated. Reminds me of a motel 6.

Chech in Nightmare!!! 45 minute wait !!! Ridiculous!!! REQUIRED A $100 deposit as a separate transaction. Their computer and credit equipment was super slow. Only one staff person to check in a lobby full of people. Security flash cameras outside gave a very unsafe vibe.

The hotel felt more like a 3 or 4 star hotel! It was a beautiful and clean hotel with spacious rooms as well as a wonderful court yard and pool. Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Beautifully decorated lobby and breakfast area as well. We felt very safe and could not have been more pleased with our room and stay.

Had to go to the front desk 3 separate times to get my room key card cause it kept deactivating when I had it in my sweater the whole time away from my phone and other cards breakfast was not the best Sausage was uncooked with powder eggs waffles were good , elevators need to be fixed or updated I thought it was going to break down several times , suite room is extremely small no space or room at all for the price there asking for I had to get to get my own. towels and a blanket for my room when I first checked in , was unable to set or control the heat /ac unit . The room was set for the AC to be on the whole time so the room was extremely cold the whole time definitely wouldn’t recommend or come back here again last but not least I checked out a day early and was told I couldn’t til today which I never heard ever Bedfore if I wanna leave because I’m uncomfortable and irritated with the room then that’s my choice I wasn’t happy I still got charge for another night and was charged the incorrect price I originally booked the room for be prepare when booking here

I had to make a police report, along with 2 other people staying at the hotel about the suspicious activity in the parking lot. Considering the area there shouldn’t be the concern about my car being broken into. MOST but not all of the staff was extremely rude. Of roughly the 10 employees I came in contact with, only the 2 front desk African American women were pleasant. Lazy and snappy encounters such the Hispanic front desk young lady, and the snaggletooth male. Unnecessary pettiness shouldn’t be served to paying guests. 0/10 recommend.
