Off the kitchen, you’ll find both a cozy sitting room with a couch and loveseat for conversation and a spacious living room with a wraparound couch and smart TV—ideal for movie nights. A bonus studio-style space adds extra versatility, complete with its own kitchen, living area, and smart TV, making it perfect for multi-family stays or guests seeking privacy. Downstairs, the basement invites friendly competition with a TV, game console, and board games for all ages. After a day of exploring, retreat to the bedrooms with room-darkening shades that promise a peaceful night’s rest before another day of North Georgia adventures.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area with a queen size bed.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.   
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.   
  
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.   
  
This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another attached to the bonus sleeping area with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
