The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. My only two dislikes were the loud sliding door upon entry and exit and the breakfast which is was really really limited and did not seem to be freshened up timely. The room was good and bed comfortable.

Excellent service and new facilities. Was disappointed when told at check in that the room would only be cleaned avery other day, rather than daily. Also a disappointment to be told that parking in the premises had an additional charge of $12 per night.

The power went out at 12 am when I turned on a lamp in the room. At that time, we had to move to another room. The room was sticky (floor, bathroom), and the walls were sticky too. Site didn't say that pool was closed. Breakfast and staff were the only good thing.

I had to ask for new blankets due to a yellow large stain on the blanket. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The couch had mismatched cushions and had a blood stain on it. The toilet paper from the last person was still there.. I drove 8 hrs w/ two toddlers and was disappointed I didn't trust any of it so I didn't shower and slept for 6 hours and left.

The main complaint would be the housekeeping, or lack thereof. (For my TWO rooms) Day 1: we left the hotel that morning - returned later that day, to find only one of the rooms had been cleaned and the other was not touched. I went to speak with the front desk attendant, she was very apologetic because she, herself, did not understand why one of the rooms was cleaned and the other one was not. She contacted a housekeeper, who brought me clean linen and towels, for ME to change vs. helping me do so, or doing her job, all together and then took none of the dirty linen / towels. Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room A and Day 1, Day 2, Day in 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room B at all – the entire stay. The night before checking out – the same night attendant was so embarrassed and shocked when we told her, yet again, the rooms had not been touched, the whole trip!

Perfect choice
A perfect choice ! Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful ! The room is very clean and quite new furnishes. I found some small surprises with joys such as multiple plugs under working desk in room, the cleanliness of faucets… the location is just 15 minutes drives to Dulluth or Norcross, where I can enjoy a lot of Vietnamese and Korean foods !

Everything was fine until they said that I had to pay for parking. Expedia said parking is free, but the Hyatt Place makes you pay anyway. $12.00 per nite. Rip off

Disgusting place! With not nice night staff. The staff upon arrival was far from nice of welcoming. With eye rolls and snide comments. I had been driving all day with 4 kids and my dog. Last thing I wanted at 10pm was to be greeting by rude people. Also you have to pay for parking and the pet fee was $75 dollars. You’d think we have nicer rooms with these higher fees. So to move on to the room. Literally white crusty stains on the carpet by the ac unit. Which also made a terrible noise every time it kicked on along with an unpleasant smell. Pull out bed was in terrible conditions with brown stains all over it with springs sticking out. Went to move the couch just a little so we could access a plugin back there to find more dust and dirt along with chewed up gum. The beds had gross looking sheets on them with stains on them everywhere some even blood stains that clearly didn’t come out in the wash. The mini fridge did not work. Then to top off the noisy upstairs guest. Which went on till 3am. Typically I can ignore it but it went on for hours of people talking and thumping around. I would never stay here again and I’m surprised by all the good reviews for this place. Most definitely not worth over 200 dollars for 1 night after you add in parking and pet fee. For 2 double beds and a dirty pull out couch.

Rooms are really old strange order the beds were uncomfortable Be aware you will have to pay for parking, last year we stayed in Marriott not far from this hotel granted paid little more but didn’t had to pay for parking and rooms were a lot more comfortable This hotel needs major maintenance and updates From elevators to to the room Front desk staff was exceptional great and friendly only positive thing about the stay
