We were greeted by Joanna and she was just outstanding. The room was renovated and it was clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Everything was great!

I was put in a room were the construction was over my bed. I was told tgere was construction but it wouldn't affect me Well my husband left to go to the game so i couldnt just move rooms I left 3 messages for the manager and tecieved no response. If it wasnt close to the event we go to yearly i wouldnt ever stay there again. Im so disappointed since we stay there annually.

I did not like the fact that they charge an early check in fee of $35 for checking in an hour early. Greedy!! We will not go back to a Hyatt for that reason.

I love the new look of the rooms, the only thing missing is a microwave. You don't want to always go downstairs to warm up your food.

There was not mention in the booking that the property was under construction. I drove past it 3 times because I thought I was at the wrong location because there was construction material at the front entrance and traffic cones blocking the way. There were no signs on the property directing you to the back entrance except for a small 8 1/2 x 11 notice taped to the front door and you had to get out of your car to see it. Otherwise, staff was great and remodeled room was fine.

This hotel was under construction but the rooms were still clean and comfortable. It also is close to restaurants and shopping. Other than the construction we had a great stay!

I was not aware that this hotel was under construction until I pulled in to the parking lot. I would have picked another hotel. The lobby was completely torn up, lots of construction noise both in the lobby and coming from the parking lot when workers were getting or moving material. Because of the condition of the lobby, the breakfast options were limited to take and go items only. The room however was fantastic. Very clean, updated and a pleasure to stay in.

The property is under Construction and it would have been nice to know that prior to arrival. The elevator was not clean and right in middle of Construction zone. The staff was very nice, polite, and apologetic for any inconvenience. The room was wonderful not the best view, it included construction debri. The Overall stay was really good.

I understand the construction but i didnt understand the condition of the breakfast area ,i didnt eat there,thats for sure. The room was remodeled and was very nice .

The staff and service was absolutely wonderful, but I was very concerned for a strong amonia smell whenever I turned on the shower. Maintenance should deff give the plumbing a look.

Newly renovated hotel that's still going through renovations and construction. I was set up in a new room on the top floor so didn't hear any renovation process. Someone did outline that the AC/Heater on the window allows for more road noise from outside which is true but to some this may be more like white noise. It wasn't bothersome but I can see how some people may be affected. I would stay at this hotel again, the front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating with drinks/snacks. Internet worked very well and it was free. The only complaint was a slight smell when running hot water, maybe new boiler or had to do with construction - again, not very bothersome but something I noticed as sharing experience in full transparency. Bed, pillows was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our trip to this hotel. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Even though construction was occurring, it wasn’t obnoxious or inconvenient in any way. We would return again.

I booked my stay at the Hyatt for a Christmas visit to Atlanta to surprise my Son. The location was convenient and they were rated highly on Expedia so I felt comfortable with my choice. Upon my arrival I realized that the hotel was under renovation and there was construction happening all throughout the facility. It was loud, the one elevator was frequently occupied with construction workers and the air felt polluted by the work being done. Only the 6th floor was available because of the renovations so the elevator was in high demand. In the middle of my stay I had my room changed because the fumes were extremely overwhelming. One day we (me and guests of the hotel) were startled by a blaring fire alarm and we all quickly funneled to the fire exit and down 6 flights of stairs and to the lobby where we were told by a nonchalant front desk associate “oh it’s a false alarm, because of the construction”. We weren’t offered any apologies for the inconvenience so we were all obviously frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a calm, peaceful stay, you won’t get it here. Unit the construction is completed this place is better suited for someone who only needs a place to house their bags.
