Damian was helpful, courteous and cheerful - even though it was 11:00 at night and due to delayed flight the shuttle was packed! That led to the lobby being packed - they were overrun but remained positive and cool headed. When we got to the room it was amazing! Talk about clean and modern! Well played Hyatt south

Shuttle was very convenient, but only picks up from domestic terminal locations 9-13, where all hotels pick up. It was easy & free. Hotel was clean, close to airport, and breakfast was fine. Would stay again for an overnight in ATL airport.

Lobby was under construction so they didn’t have a restaurant for dinner but they did have one across the street at the neighboring hotel. The breakfast and started until 6 AM and that’s when our shuttle arrived so I had to grab food quickly and eat it while we were riding. But the scrambled eggs the sausage and ham were very good. Lots of fruit and nuts to choose from. Room was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

The property was under construction, but that was ok. It took a while to get the shuttle and it is a shared shuttle. In the mornings, it only runs at 6:00 am, not earlier. Thank goodness we didn't need to be earlier, but the 6:00 shuttle we missed because it was full. They have one shuttle shared by two hotels and the first hotel filled the shuttle. Another guest had to look for alternative transportation last minute. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The staff was friendly except for the shuttle driver in the morning. He left a bad last experience.

I booked and paid for a room with a king size bed. When I showed up, they told me they did not have anything other than two double beds. I don’t appreciate not getting what I pay for. I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Had I known I could not get a king size bed.

The hotel is undergoing mayor renovation. It shouldn't be open. Or I should have been warned. False fire alarms blaring early in the morning. Elevator out. Work noise. Shower didn't shower properly. Etc.

I really wanted to like this hotel as we appreciate the bedding options of the suites, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the stains on bedding, pillows and towels. Also the sink at the restroom area was so dirty, I thought my husband had shaved because there were tiny hairs there, turns out the sink was clogged and it was dirty from the previous guest and it was just never wiped. We just came to spend the night after a late flight so it was really disappointing we could not enjoy the rest. We have pictures of all these notes if needed.

I was told there would be renovations but I was unaware drills would be going until 9pm, restaurants would be closed, laundry would be closed…. Front desk was not polite (not rude, just didn’t care if we were there) 3 am receptionist sat on a couch on his phone while checking out and didn’t even get up - just told me where to put my keys
