I have to agree. It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta. My wife and I met our daughter down there to visit. Not being familiar with the area, we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on this one. We couldn't be happier with the choice. It is in a great location (we walked to Marrietta square), it has plenty of room and a nice view of Kennesaw Mountain from the back patio or front porch. The house was well provisioned with anything you might need and more than we expected. The owner was great to work with as well. I have stayed in many rentals, and this was the first one where I felt like I was in a home and not a rental. The home was very clean. It had more than ample stock of everything we could possibly need. Check in and out is very easy. Host is responsive to questions. I would love to stay here again. ##### Christina E.
