Convenient location to our son

Pros: It was within 1/2 mile of my son's house.
Cons: Grout in bathrooms and our door needed fixing. It only required a screw, but we had to manipulate it so we could shut the door.
Location: We went to the botanical garden which was amazing. Chihuly glass was there, which I love. Great restaurants in Atlanta. It was a quiet location.
It is difficult to find. Hard to see the sign from Powers Ferry. There is a street right by the Chevron and you drive up that. The room had tile grout issues in bathroom, and we asked for maintenance for our door out to the hallway but that didn't happen. The water was turned off one day from 10-4 pm one day and they hoped it didn't inconvenience us. We found out by just a note by the front desk. It would have been helpful to put a notice on each person's door. Front desk people (Roderick, I think) were all very helpful with providing towels, printing boarding pass and general information. It is an inexpensive hotel, so considering that (we reserved 3 rooms for a reunion), it was fine.

Better than anticipated

Pros: The location was best for us. Close to our son's home.
Cons: We asked for a repair to our door latch (never happened). Tile grout and tub was in need of repair.
Location: We went to the botanical garden which was one of the best I have ever seen. Chihuly glass there. Lovely. Always great restaurants in Atlanta.
It was difficult, initially, to find. There is a road along side of the Chevron station, just turn there. The front desk people were always friendly and helpful. Roderick printed a boarding pass for me. All were helpful with giving extra towels and directions. There is no daily room cleaning. We didn't care.

Secluded location

Pros: it's secluded location
The hotel is located at the end of long drive way and is surrounded by large pine trees. The interior isn't well insulated, I could hear people talking in the hallway.

Nice for the price

Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location.
Cons: In need of deep cleaning, refreshing of finishes.

Distance from atlanta attractions is ok.

Worse than expected while arrived at the hotel.I did not get any co-operation from the staff.

horrible experience

horrible staff. unprofessional. not clean whatsoever. Requested utensils for the kitchen in which they said they would bring up and never received. Would not recommend.

Yuck

Only need a place to nap and take a shower, nothing was ready and I napped on a sheet that the clerk gave me. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
