Great staff

Pros: All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant
Cons: The hotel needs upgrades, needs a pool and fitness room
Location: Many eateries, stores, gas stations, etc are in close proximity. It was very easy to get to highways.
A bigger sign is needed out front because it's easy to pass. The hotel staff was excellent. The manager was very avialable and helpful. The hotel needs upgrades but it was not bad at all. You have to ask for dishes, etc because they are not already in the room but I ended up saving a lot of money cooking and not having to eat out my entire stay. My trip required me to drive back and forth to the Georgia World Congress Center and my commute was about 20 minutes, hardly hitting any traffic. There are also a lot of stores, restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart in close driving distance. I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and my room was only cleaned once. I personally like my room cleaned everyday when I spend money for a hotel but it wasn't a big deal. At the end of my stay I needed to stay an extra day but they did not allow me to because they were all booked. I had to pack up all my belongings including perishable food and move to a different hotel. I was able to find another Extended Stay America about 15 minutes away that was able to accommodate me and my room there was much more spacious and the hotel was more modern. I liked my room at the 2nd stop much better than the first. The area was a lot nicer, than the first as it was in a circle of other hotels. But the staff at the 1st stop for which I'm rating was much, much better and effective. I will continue to use extended stay america hotels in my travels, and hope to find one with a pool and gym.

Pros: Friendly staff. Reasonable price.
Cons: Loud noise from A/C. Couldn't flush toilet. Rubbish at the parking. The room had been occupied when we entered the room!
同じ価格帯のホテルが他にあるなら、ここは選ばない方が良いと思います。 以前泊まった別のExtended Stay Americaが良かったので宿泊。 インターステートを降りてからやや分かりづらい位置にあり、夜は真っ暗なこともあって、少し迷いました。 チェックイン後、鍵で部屋に入ってみてびっくり。誰かの荷物と、既に使われているベッドが!(人と鉢合わせしなかったのは幸い。)すぐにフロントに文句を言って部屋を替えてもらいましたが、初めての経験で呆れてしまいました。 表面的には綺麗にしてあるようでしたが、エアコンは常にカンカンうるさく、トイレは流れないなど、随所に不満あり。当然、壁は薄く隣の部屋や廊下の音は丸聞こえ。くたびれてすぐに寝てしまったので、さほど気にはならなかったのが幸い…また、朝食は極めて簡単なものしかないと知っていましたが、以前泊まった同系列のホテルよりも遙かに品揃えは悪かったです。 次は、別の所に泊まりたいと思いました。

Convenient location to our son

Pros: It was within 1/2 mile of my son's house.
Cons: Grout in bathrooms and our door needed fixing. It only required a screw, but we had to manipulate it so we could shut the door.
Location: We went to the botanical garden which was amazing. Chihuly glass was there, which I love. Great restaurants in Atlanta. It was a quiet location.
It is difficult to find. Hard to see the sign from Powers Ferry. There is a street right by the Chevron and you drive up that. The room had tile grout issues in bathroom, and we asked for maintenance for our door out to the hallway but that didn't happen. The water was turned off one day from 10-4 pm one day and they hoped it didn't inconvenience us. We found out by just a note by the front desk. It would have been helpful to put a notice on each person's door. Front desk people (Roderick, I think) were all very helpful with providing towels, printing boarding pass and general information. It is an inexpensive hotel, so considering that (we reserved 3 rooms for a reunion), it was fine.

Better than anticipated

Pros: The location was best for us. Close to our son's home.
Cons: We asked for a repair to our door latch (never happened). Tile grout and tub was in need of repair.
Location: We went to the botanical garden which was one of the best I have ever seen. Chihuly glass there. Lovely. Always great restaurants in Atlanta.
It was difficult, initially, to find. There is a road along side of the Chevron station, just turn there. The front desk people were always friendly and helpful. Roderick printed a boarding pass for me. All were helpful with giving extra towels and directions. There is no daily room cleaning. We didn't care.

Secluded location

Pros: it's secluded location
The hotel is located at the end of long drive way and is surrounded by large pine trees. The interior isn't well insulated, I could hear people talking in the hallway.

Nice for the price

Distance from atlanta attractions is ok.

No major complaints. Staff very nice and professional. Halls could use a thorough cleaning and decent vacuuming. I have stayed extensively at other Extended Stays and the floors were clean,and appeared to have decent up keep. Bed was not very comfortable and hard.
