From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA. Easy access to the airport and major roadways, walking distance to public transportation (MARTA). “MARTA On The Go” puts the entire MARTA transit system in the palm of your hand, giving you access to real-time bus and rail schedules and the latest MARTA system updates. Running an errand across town or exploring the city far from home, getting there should be easy. Learn how to ride with the Uber app. Riding with Lyft costs less than a taxi, which makes getting around wallet-friendly. Our drivers are always nearby, so you can get picked up, on demand, in minutes. Count on Lyft to get you around cities big and small. Other Things to Note: HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure.
