Centrally Located/All Attractions! This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta's main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide. All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets. Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is. Location to all attractions is great. A City pay to park lot was right next to the building,Walking distance to all we wanted to see. The unit shows its age but was comfortable and clean .The building was very secure with a 24/7 employee at the desk to ring you in. There were some damage to interior doors that I brought to the host attention. We walked everywhere, didn't need a car to sight see. It is a secure building which is a plus. The pictures are accurate of what is in the apartment, however the pictures must have been taken long ago, because they do not represent how it looks now, very old and worn looking, needs refreshing and some new paint, specifically in the kitchen, luckily didn't need to use much in there, only to make coffee.
