Perfect location in Buckhead

The hotel overall was okay however we had to request an microwave and refrigerator which were not in the best condition and look like it had just been thrown in the room. Hotel staff recommended that we call 15min prior to coming down to have velet bring the car down, however velet would never go get the car until we got downstairs and had to wait. Again overall not a terrible stay but I don't think I will be returning.

OK Room, High Price.

Pros: Clean, Neat.
Cons: Be more upfront about fee and amenities offered at hotel.
Location: Downtown area close by, restaurants and more.
The room was clean and neat. I assumed that the room would at least include a refrigerator, It did Not...Also, We had to pay for self parking and valet parking...Not Free.....Wifi is also NOT FREE....Overall, I expected more from Doubletree but I feel i was over charged for a mediocre hotel...Highly UNSATISFIED.

Location: Everything in the area
The Hotel was very nice and clean., It is in next to everything and very close to downtown. I l love that the hotel in in the middle of shops which include DSW, TJ MAXX, Nordstrom Rack, just to name a few. Lenox Mall is also 2 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The staff was great and accommodating. I just wish the beds were bigger as well as the rooms. if you are in a room with 3 to 4 people, it will be tight.

Above and Beyond

Pros: Cleanliness, service, location
Cons: Parking fees of $25 a day were a bit steep.
Location: Close to a huge mall, shops, restaurants, and the city of Atlanta is a few miles away! We took MARTA to the Georgia Dome, quick and easy! Go Falcons!
Upon checking in my daughter and I were given a room on the 4th floor which is considered a Hilton Honors floor. I have no idea what that means but our room was very nice. Clean, comfortable, nice amenities in the bathroom and angel soft toilet paper! Five minutes after entering our room I received a text from the front desk, not some automated bot but the front desk itself, asking how my room was. I commented that I was surprised that the room does not have a refrigerator. (I don't drink coffee but Diet coke) After getting some ice to keep my soda cold I realized that the sink in the bathroom would not drain. We were headed downstairs anyway so I stopped by the front desk and advised Dexter about the sink and he assured me it would be fixed within 15 minutes. While we sat in the lounge Dexter came by after 10 minutes and said the sink was fixed AND they delivered a fridge to my room! Everyone associated with the hotel was friendly and went above and beyond what other places do to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Outstanding Job!

Pros: The rooms, the clean and nice rooms. Great greeting upon arriving. Awesome cookies/
Cons: I have not gotten my receipt. It was supposed to have been emailed to me but I have not gotten it.
Location: Close to the aquarium, close to the Korean markets and great food.
The staff was great. Great valet service, maybe a little pricey but great attention to needs.
