We had a very nice stay and the staff was exceptionally pleasant! The cookies were delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Everything. Hotel staff, housekeeping etc....
Location: Lots of nearby shopping centers.
Hotel looks great when you first walk in, so I was surprised to see how small the rooms were. Even more surprised upon finding out you have to pay $10 a day for a refrigerator. Housekeeping was terrible. They made our beds once and never took out the trash. All they did was give us new towels. We paid for our hotel through Expedia. When we checked out I was handed a bill for $602.00. When I questioned it the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude so I had to ask for a manager. The manager tells me the bill is for my hotel stay. After informing her that my hotel stay was already paid for and waiting 20mins for her to research the problem they finally credited my card back. It was there mistake. Then she hands me a receipt for the parking. Once I get to the car I realized they charges us for valet parking when we self parked. Another mistake on their end. I had to go back in and have them fix it. So now I have 3 charges from them on my debit card. Thank god I wasn't strapped for cash or I would have been screwed. Won't ever stay there again.

Easy walking to MARTA, great eats, and shopping.

Although our hotel was overbooked, the staff had a nice room waiting for us at a nearby all suite hotel. The housekeeping staff was stellar and the front desk always helpful and greet you when you enter. The hotel is a very easy walk to the Marta station as well as a number of nice restaurants and plenty of shopping. I recommend this property for any reason.

Rowdy and only good for shopping.

Despite being in the Hilton Honors floor, we had numerous drunk and rowdy neighbors. After complaining to the front desk, one attempt was made at getting it under control. Unfortunately despite having the music turned off, the drunken shenanigans carried on until 3 in the morning.

Not like the last time I stayed at a Double Tree.

The room wasn't that remarkable... it may have been because it was on the first floor, but I didn't come to Atlanta for the hotel room. Paying for parking on top of paying for the room also was a bummer. Next time I will be looking for a place that includes free parking as a feature.
