The rooms we were in had bed bugs. When we alerted the front desk attendant she was very nonchalant and had a very bad attitude. We ended up demanding a refund for our trip and staying somewhere else.

This place was pretty basic and met the needs of me and my family. The shower was hot and high pressure. I should’ve been more careful to check for a tub because it was a battle bathing my toddler. The bed was very comfortable. The staff wasn’t friendly but they were all personable and made sure to assist us when we requested. (My preference, I don’t need help with anything unless I ask) I would say that I didn’t like that we were finding long black hairs in our towels and on the back of the bathroom door. They may also want to invest in dehumidifiers to stop the mildew growth in the bathroom.

Bad Days inn
Bugs in bathroom, leave light on, not much breakfast. Noises bad, cold water st 9am, noises HVAC,, very old motel with a cheap make over , mold growing on doors and hinges looked out of a horror movie

The shower staff was slippery my 75 year old husband slipped and almost fell. My daughter 46 did fall in the shower. We left same day however the next day she was very stiff and sore. You need rubber mats in the showers before someone falls and breaks a hip.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, But being the fact that we are a hotel rubber mats in our showers wouldn't be hygienic. I didn't really expect much to begin with, so there's that. I stayed here for a weekend as I was in town for a weekend event. I was only needing a place to sleep, clean up, and get dressed to head out again. If I had to spend an extended period of time in a motel room, I wouldn't choose this one. No cups, no coffee maker, and the bottles of bodywash and shampoo mounted in the shower were empty. The shower floor had hair from a previous occupant. The room was permeated with the smell of marijuana. All said and done, I had a place to sleep, clean up, and change, and the location was extremely convenient to the event venue. I'm pretty sure those three things are all the management is concerned with (But, so is a tent campground host.) The front desk staff were wonderful! Fantastic, actually. Would I stay here, again, next year for the annual event? Maybe. For any length of time? No. Would I choose here if I weren't solo? Definitely not.

Roaches!
It was a one-night stay for an event at Stone Mountain. I didn't have great expectations, and that helped. The room apoeared clean. But, I saw two roaches before I went to bed. The first one, I killed. The other one I couldn't catch to smash. It was very late and I was extremely tired. I am so happy that my husband had dropped me off to go spend time with his cousins who were keaving the next day. By the time he returned, I was asleep. And I didn't bother telling him. If he had seen the roaches, he would have complained and tried to make the two-hour drive back home. We were both too tired to do that Please spray room 224! And the bed has a hump in the middle!

The stay was great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The beds were so comfortable. The lady at check in was great and very helpful. She was very personable. The continental breakfast had quite a few options and the sweet check in lady worked hard to keep all options stocked. We were pleased with the shower gel in the shower since we forgot ours. Really pleased with this hotel and would stay there again.

We asked to use the restroom when we first arrived. The desk clerk said no because it was for hotel guests. We told her we were checking in and she made us check in before using it. No coffee pot in room. No bath mat in bathroom.
