You have to pay for parking and pay for breakfast. There was no coffee cups in my room either. But it was a clean hotel that was pretty basic

Overfilled garbage cans in the lobby. All elevator stops were dirty. Spilled food all over the floors. Someone needs to monitor these areas on an hourly basis. Trash cans should be next to the large tables on every floor. Why are there no mobile luggage racks for moving luggage in and out of the rooms? Young people were partying in the hall past midnight. The couch and ottoman in the room were stained and or ripped along a seam. I am guessing for the size of this hotel it is very understaffed.

My sister and I enjoyed our weekend stay and were very happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. Our next trip to Atlanta we will stay there again.

Very poor water pressure. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Shower curtain was disgusting. Lighting over the sink was very poor. Lots of staining on the upholstery on the chair in our room.

5 cars were broken into while security was on shift. They busted our window's. It's freezing cold we have to drive 3 hours with plastic on the windows. This has really dampened the trip. That's pure evil! We were parked right next to the hotel. Staff must be the people doing it.

Accomodated us at the last minute. Easy check-in process. Nice staff. However, our vehicle was one of 5 vandalized snd and our property was stolen. Other than that, the actual stay was pleasant.

This hotel honestly surprised me. The entrance and lobbby is amazing. My room was one of the best rooms I've ever had when I stay in Atlanta. The decor was good and cozy for once and the room was a good size. The immediate surrounding area to the hotel is a little lacking but there are restaurants across the highway and you can walk there in ten minutes.
